Call AID™ procedure - 5 Steps for insured:

2. We check if the service is covered by your policy;
3. In maximum one hour, you get the information about your medical appointment;
4. We confirm in writing the coverage, to you and to the clinic;
5. Go to the clinic, show the insurance card, and you will receive the requested medical services.
